Mowbray is a 4-2-3-1 minded manager. Let's see what the possible relationship with Everton/Tottenham brings after their squads have Been decided. One AMC and 1 or 2 more strikers in. Then we will be ready for push for playoff.

IF we are going for playoff, then we most have 2 players on each position. I understand your point. BUT none of them are a playmaker minded player, maybe Swanson/Lameiras but I see them more like wingers.

We NEED one target man up front before this window close. The pitch will not allow us to play this kind of lovely football in the winter. Mowbray as said this a couple of time now. I do think we NEED a central midfielder more. Lawton and Finch are not ready to fill in for Fleck and Vincelot...

Ricketts is the man. Reda "hightower" is too often injured. Jimmy boy should focus on his running up and down the pitch, he is not a leader in my opionion...

Mowbray has the expierence and the contacts to turn this Transfer Window into something we haven't seen in years. We must have patience and trust in Mowbray!

We need 3 strikers and 2 wingers. Did Maddison play left wing against Nuneaton? And was the formation 4-2-3-1 ? IF so we also need 1-2 more AMC....
