Slept on it. Still very frustrated. Was blindingly obvious what their game plan was going to be and we just contrived to completely play into their hands by trying to force the issue, rushing passes and long-range shots - and inevitably making mistakes. Once again no plan B to combat the...
Nowhere near the ball. Stops his run to look straight at Sakamoto then throws his arm/shoulder into his face. It was so blatant the referee actually saw it (!) but inexplicably gave no card. Lino clear view as well but again made the wrong decision.
Some of his pre-game 'jokes' in the casino are pretty inappropriate. Clearly does a lot for the FPA, but it's probably time to hand the microphone over to someone else.
Has Frank been back to / played against Derby since he left? Obviously nowhere near Robins return levels of yesterday but may be another little psychological factor to contend with - can't recall if he left on good terms.
Unbelievable finish for a centre back and pandemonium in the stands. Similar to Fadz Vs Forest first season back at CBS.

So frustrating to watch the lack of urgency and quality yet again, particularly in the second half with the man advantage. Can't make simple passes and just give the ball away so easily.
Midfield so weak and passive, defence slow and panicked. Thought Simms did okay with what he was given, but...
I'm not ready to face them again. Still not over the last time - that really was our one chance wasn't it. Tonight we looked a world away from that PO final team. Fear it may be the end of an era if we don't win.
