I don't really understand everyone's hostility towards Ince on here, I think he would be a great motivator at this level and has shown that he CAN produce winning teams and mentality. But I think I'm massively in the minority here...:whistle:

He's pretty highly thought of by a lot of people in football...lots of WBA fans definitely rate him
