Good start for him and will get his chance at a bigger club soon enough. Looks like he wants to play the right way and probably someone that will demand high work rate and tempo as a given.

The model Doug is using it would be a head coach not a old head manager. Doug has given the job with sole responsibility of coaching and developing players. He does not involve that person in anything outside that role. FL is just a block in the structure and knows if a replacement is needed...

Made a good start in management and fair play to hom for starting at the bottom of the pyramid. No doubt has enough experience and will have enough knowledge about the game to help young players. Bit marmite but i hope he does well and improves the 2 lads we sent him.
