I ended up parking at the shopping park and got a £50 voucher, but didn't get anything through the post anyway.
I contacted both the ticket office and the bus company and they said there was no official parking with the coaches.

I think you have to go back to the late 70s to find another team relegated after 34 or more seasons consecutively in the top flight. Which ironically was Tottenham who could very easily be relegated again this season!
