Posted it previously but for this season, Opta stats has him at the 2nd worst for Goals Prevented at -4.1. There is only one keeper with a worser rate at -4.6.... Brad Collins.

Looking at this seasons Opta stats, Gunn has the 2nd worst ‘goals prevented’ at -4.1. There’s only one worse GK but I’ll let your imagination guess who that is… cough Brad cough Collins

I’d look at signing Ivor Pandur, has some great stats for a team down the bottom. If they go down he’d be keen to leave. Realistically Dovin will be back in training around December, then need time to get back to his best. Unfortunate but it’s nearly a season out.

Of course just speculation, you can often get nerve pain through the ankle if the foot swells. He could probably play through it but you lose feeling in your foot. Most likely been rested thinking we could have secured it by now (turned out great) I do think FL will most likely wheel him out...

@Saddlebrains do you know the extent of EMC? I know with toe injuries it can often lead to nerve pain in the ankle. Presuming FL was trying to rest on the chance he could win without full fire power and have a fitter squad into play offs. Potentially playable and have EMC recover after all is done?

it’s a real shame Bassette is injured, well suited to this game. Ball in behind, getting himself into tustles and taking away the team element and just going for it… real shame

Defended very well so far, can’t see us clinging on though unless we change something at half time. This is a tough game but need strong physical presence up front. Simms NEEDS to be getting on to things, if he can’t get it, make himself a nuisance you cannot let the ball come back at you 10/10...
