But you are only going on what PWKH is saying? Surely it is better for the club to own a stadium and surely it is btter for the council/acl to utilise an asset, especially now that taxpayers are paying for it?

So how did the council justify charging £1.2million in rent? If they can cut it by 80%. That surely doesnt make sense and has hamstrung the club for so many years?

Surely that was what the council valued the rent at as they charged us that for so many years? Why would they cut it?

If we return do we have to pay the £1.2million in rent every year or not?
