I mean, whoever is the Wright replacement is going to be a step down. As long as they apply themselves correctly, as Simms did, then I think that’s the point. I’ll give him leeway on this one. His movement was good, but he hadn’t had time to properly set himself when the ball was played. Add to that, he had a great game. Bullied their backline, ran the channels quite well and got 2 really good assists.
