Spot on, Hull gambled massively last January (getting Carvalho, Giles, Zaaroury all on loan plus permanent transfers) on getting promoted and it backfired with them missing out on the playoffs. Now they're in a relegation battle this season. Loans can be good but if you can't guarantee them...

I'd imagine probably Monday. The 3rd round finished Tuesday night. The terrestrial channels will pick their's first, then international TV and then jiggling the games about based on restrictions (e.g. Birmingham and Villa not at home on the same day, etc). It is frustrating that it takes a week...

I agree with Burge, we've stuck with him after constant mistakes in previous seasons. But Willis stuck with us in League 1 and also in League 2. He's linked to clubs in every transfer window but has stayed with us.

Hopefully Kelly gets dropped. Can't have him and Doyle together in centre midfield. Too defensive and no creativity from there whatsoever. It's no coincidence that our good form was when Kelly was out injured. Bayliss back in the middle to offer a bit of drive and creativity.
