Born in Nuneaton, Warks and moved to Coventry at the age of 2. Went to Bishop Ullathorne RC School until 1964. Emigrated to Canada in 1982 and became a Canadian in 1992. Retired in 2006. Played football from the age of 9 (School team) and still play today, albeit for a Master's team (over 45's). Got my Canadian Coaching Certificates(CSA) and coached under 8's through Adult for over 30 years.
