If we're in the same position come January as we are now, i would bet my house on Doug getting his cheque book out. He's never been shy of investing when investment is necessary eg training ground, stadium repairs/upgrades, and of course the actual stadium itself.

His best game for us

Thoroughly professional performance from us today. Obviously helped by the red card, but we were already on top, and 1-0 up before that. Good all round performances, with no obvious weak player. Defence and GK solid, but tbf, they didn't have a lot to do. MVE and Dasilva both excellent going...

I like the idea that if a gk gets 'injured', he has to go off for 5 or 10 mins and the backup gk comes on...no gk replacement ? ...then an outfield player must go in goal. That would soon make the gk think twice about feigning injury.

I know Wilder is a Sheff Utd fan, but you think he'd be pissed off to have been sacked twice by his own club.

Relieved with the draw, but that could easily have been another 7 goal game. So many chances which, against qpr fell our way, but today against Norwich, definitely didnt go our way. We could/should really have won every game this season so far...and i'm not even joking.

If the HT score would have been 0-0, i'd have been hugely disappointed. To be 1-0 down, is just ridiculous. So many times in the box, the ball has just fell Norwich's way, to either block or whack it clear.
