I think we (Brighton) will edge it 2-1. Suspect your players will raise their game for this one and ours will go into it thinking we just have to turn up. Our new record signing is expected to feature at some point (he was injured when we signed him) so will be interesting to see how he gets on.
All areas are now on sale although currently only selling central blocks of the West Upper. East upper has approx 400 tickets left and still a steady number of people buying tickets. No chance it will sell out but suspect will be a crowd of approx 26K
Just a heads up to any of you who are planning on travelling down and parking or staying to the west of Brighton, there is rail engineering work on Saturday which means no trains and a bus replacement service between Littlehampton and Brighton. Trains from London to Brighton and to the East of...
These figures are not exact but pretty close. If only the lower tier is open and is sold out then the attendance will be 21,750 ish (including 4500 Cov). The East Upper i believe holds approx 3500 and the West Upper 5500 so realistically if the East Upper does get opened the maximum attendance...
There is approx 470 tickets left in the home areas (lower tiers only). We are waiting to see if one of the Upper tiers is opened, there are a number of people holding off buying tickets as waiting for an upper tier to be opened. If we do open one i would imagine it will be in the East Stand...
That is my point by not having a loyalty scheme even within STH surely it is quite possible that a STH who has been to all your games home and away this season could of missed out today as there was no priority and you sold out in 2 hours. I appreciate that these situations may be rare as soon...
But surely a loyalty scheme is exactly what you need? From my very brief time on here you have sold out FGR and going to sell out Mansfield. Yet I would imagine people who are doing both those games are going to miss out on the game against us. As the biggest team in League 2 any sign of a...
Yes, it does to have any hope of a ticket for OT, Emirates, Anfield etc. but a non STH who goes to the away games that make general sale (not many this season) can build up points which occasionally come in useful.
No, all the pubs by the station are strictly home only. Weatherspoons and Yates at bottom of West Street (approx 8-10 min walk) accept away fans. Alternatively if you are not wearing colours you will be ok in the many pubs around the city that are not in immediate vicinity of the station.
Our loyalty scheme was changed at the start of this season to make it fairer and caused a lot of discontent amongst some on our forum. In short you get points dependant on how long you had a ST in Amex era and then STH also get points for each away game, graded on how popular it is ie. Man Utd...
Been selling reasonably well from our point of view - only about 2K left having only opened the lower tiers initially, would expect one of the upper tiers to be opened in the next few days. Hopefully when it becomes reported down here that you have sold out (as you inevitably will) it will...
People on our forum seem to think that with the block in the West lower also not on sale to us (i hadn't noticed that) there is a potential that you may get just under 6K depending on segregation size. Will be interesting to see the final number when you announce the details.
Looks like we have sold 4.5k roughly today. Think interest in this will build and if you sell out and word of that spreads down here that will help us sell more as well.
