The more things are pushed backwards nearer to the big kick-off the more likely there will be no sillly ground share. Am i correct by saying once a buyer has been identified by Appleton this then goes before a judge. that will be another delay, it frustrates the signing of much needed new players but also muddles up up any plans to play elsewhere.
I wish this sorry episode can be put behind us so that we can concentrate on the important issue, getting out of League 1.

Well if Byng is going into partnership with sisu, that would surely mean the ricoh is out, ccc said they would not sell to sisu.
Thursday deadline is only for those who have already placed an indicative offer to make that formal. To me that sounds like further information must have been supplied to those interested with regards to what the administrator believes is in Ltd. Fingers crossed that we could be rid of them soon if the league choose to support a new owner.

To be fair the whole process is a bit of a mystery to many of us.
My understanding of it was whoever successfully bids for Ltd, assuming the golden share is returned there, would own the football club; and that it's then SISUs problem that they have players on contracts etc. But I read this morning that the winning bidder would then have to negotiate with SISU, but I'm not sure why that's the case...
I assume the judge bit is the administrator trying to wash his hands of the aftermath.

I think in theory they wouldn't have to negotiate with SISU under normal circumstances - but hey! this is Coventry so they will...via Holdings for some of the stuff to do with running the club. Player contracts (or is it registrations? Lol) & the like I guess...if it's a full buy out
I assume the negotiation is in the form of them being a creditor and getting an agreed settlement.
Given that one bidder is the main creditor I cannot see how any other buyer can get a look in.
Naming rights of the club? I don't know, I mean CCFC Ltd is the football club,despite SISU trying to cheekily move everything to holdings over the las year, so I guess the name is part of that.
It probably will - because the best bid other than a SISU one will be conditional & Holdings have indicated they'd be willing to challenge on various things...including the GS

An officer of the court should be impartial, not one who makes recorded comments that are extremely heavily weighted in SISU's favour.
