It’s going to be awful in many ways but then we’ll turn Arsenal or Villa over and you’ll remember it for decades and it’ll all be worth it.

Like the boxing day 3-2 vs Arsenal back in the day!
Only difference is i'm going to struggle to get into games like that these days
We've come a long way.

Be interesting to see if anything happens with Man City, them starting on -4936304 points wouldn’t be bad.

Would like West Ham + Forest to stay up because I think they’d be in the exact same position next year.

Wildcard Chelsea/Man Utd for the title?

At least this time the home games against big teams will actually be full of Coventry City fans
This is true. I really need my son to start getting into it so he can come with me, i can only really abandon my family for the entire day a handful of times a season without feeling too guilty. Problem is by the time he's into it we may have people climbing over each other to get in! Build that extra tier for the part-timers, Doug!

I nominate this thread for the most embarrassing of the season. No wonder some other teams fans think we have become arrogant ffs.
We arnt even there yet
There is a big difference between confidence and arrogance. Milne is confidence and also who cares if other teams supporter think we are arrogant, makes no difference to anyone

I just looked at the last couple of weeks Prem Saturday 3PM games, mid/bottom teams all playing each other for 0-0s - once we have played on Sky a couple of times as the new boys, this is where we will end up most weeks, possible to still be in the Prem and almost forgotten. Maybe not always a bad thing but certainly be small fish in a big pond next year.

Other supporters are not looking at catching us up. The sane ones have already conceded. Only 3 sides can realistically catch us. It's Ipswich v Millwall this weekend and Middlesborough v Millwall next game. Later on in April It’s Ipswich v Middlesbrough. Maximum 9 points available between sides over 2 games each. That's a quarter of their remaining games (Ipswich plus 1 game). We already have a big lead and also a nice run of winnable games.

What I'm really hoping for is to keep a bit of a gap. Have promotion in the bag but to be playing at home to Wrexham to win the title. Wrexham need it to clench a place in the playoffs. It's for moments like this that we suffer for most of the time. Problem is some wouldn't be able to cope 😁
