That is 4 goals, not a great season

So as I said he has had 1 great season goal scoring outside of league 2

That was 4 goals before January in the premier league, missed the rest of the season through injury, in a struggling team.

He might’ve been a flash in the pan with that Blackburn season, but Derby look like a pretty free scoring side and I think he’ll do well there.

Failed to get their targets. Ipswich fans are in meltdown that Szmodics left for a Derby, no new striker in and they’re left with Hirst.
Overall, we’ve had a v good window. Signing a CB or LB without offloading 1-2 was never on the cards.

We addressed the highest priority positions imo and both Esse and Onyeka are two players who are Day 1 starters.

We’ve got more than Boro and we’ve got a great opportunity to give them a bloody nose on the 16th. If Ipswich keep up their away form, we’ll be fine, although Hull are one to watch.

Lampard has got no excuses to not finish the job and it’s our away form that needs addressing because it’s collapsed. 3 losses on the bounce and we’ve given up points from winning positions in 5 of our last 6 - it’s unacceptable.

Do we have any word on emc? Hopefully a fully fit squad is not too far away but emc has been vital and we really need to get a win Vs Oxford and not lose to Boro at least , him being back for those games would be big

Amazing what hull are doing next 4 league games at home aswell, ipswich have got the next 4 away, could see Ipswich falling away, all of a sudden hull away is a massive game, wasn’t even thinking of them a few games ago,

Said it earlier -;
Hull could be above us and top before we play Middlesbrough even if we beat Oxford.

Eustace has built a very solid Championship side. Wouldn’t be surprised at all if they make the playoffs.
Had our home game against them as one of the “9 wins will do it” But they are good away from home and may have a lot to play for.

If we want autos we have to win some away games, it’s that simple. And a side that doesn’t win away from home for over half a season wouldn’t deserve them anyway.

But like QPR and Norwich they are teams that got battered by us in the first half of the season but have all got significantly better whilst we have regressed. Still plenty of teams to play though that are going backwards faster than us - Stoke, Blackburn, West Brom but that April fixture list isn’t quite as rosy as it once was

If we had converted just some of the 5 games we went ahead in into wins it would all have looked very rosy by now. But we didn’t and it’s now a scrap.

He's shite, scores a few from millions of shots

Had one great season and Ipswich did an Ipswich and just buy anyone and everyone to see if they're any good. If not, they get rid.

Wrexham doing the same.

Southampton have signed Cyle Larin on loan with an obligation to buy. The fact this guy has dropped to the Championship says a lot. A total cart horse at Mallorca, the fans couldn't wait to get him out. The same thing happened at Feyenoord after only being on loan for half a season.

I watched him play against Betis on Thursday night and it was one of the worst performances from a striker I have ever seen. Robin van Persie (the Feyenoord manager) was seen visibly shaking his head at the player several times as well.

Ok.
Who has signed who then.
Lost track of Hull's signings.
Boro - Sarmiento
Ipswich - half of Bristol City's best players
Birmingham - a Spanish winger and and expensive forward
Wrexham?
Sheffield United - Phillips
Can help you on the Boro January additions bit;

First teamers -

Malanda (bought in summer, but not added until Jan)
Sarmiento
Castledine

Back up -

Munroe
Wildsmith
