No complaints really. Thought it was disgraceful conduct at the time and it got worse every time I watched it. No excuses for it and I hope he got a bollocking from Lampard afterwards.

To be honest, it was deserved so have no complaints.

Rudoni has been training so might be fit to start. If not could play Eccles or look at a back three

It should have been a red. Can't really argue
I do think we now need to start being all over everything when we get kicked to shit. Properly make meals of it.
people were saying on here our players were falling down too much

No, can't argue. Stupid thing to do at any time of the season, but now...especially after being out for so long. Idiotic.

We need to be making a big deal of things against us.

Ie furlong fingering emc.

What really annoys me is Simms and Wright never complain to the ref. If they are fouled they just get on with it. They need to be in the ear of the ref more, like Vik used to.

Part of my overall issue with both of them is that they are too soft. It's a sum of the parts of why we struggle when our backs are against the wall.

Would love to have a horrible bastard to throw on when we start getting bullied by other teams during games. Not just to get in the ear of the other players or referee, but to actually put up a fight rather than rolling over and waiting for the final whistle.

To be fair to wright he has the past couple of games and the ref gives free kicks as soon as he goes near the defender.

too many soft fannies on here accepting other teams do things to us and get away with them, but jumping on our own for giving a bit of shit in return.
The only mistake he made was beeing seen but Mattsson was at him all afternoon and Fisher was kicking lumps out of Saka too, maybe calling for fairness in a game would be more supporting, and none of this 'it evens out over the season' bollocks it fucking doesn't!!

Not sure if this has previously been mentioned but was it last season Jamie Allen had his cheekbone fractured by the sheff Wednesday player in last face it a much worse incident than this.

Because he got a yellow card in the game FA couldn’t give a retrospective ban.

Bit of a piss take when you compare the two…

You won't get a retrospective ban for being a niggly little shit, but you will for violent conduct.

Don't think anyone's jumping on him, just saying the ban's not unreasonable, and he was a tit for doing it. Both true.

That's completely true.

The fact that they can't take retrospective action when a ref saw it is stupid. Especially when it's violent conduct that badly injures a player.
