Grimes has been absolutely awful.

He's too deep, too often recently. Torp has got acres to cover alone, that's why we look better with Eccles in 10 than Rudoni, because Eccles is helping out in central midfield and the whole formation links together better. Esse is compounding the issue by playing so high, which looks to be his natural game. Dangerous when he gets the ball but we're playing 5-1-1-3 at times, 2-3-5 at others.

Grimes and the fullbacks need to be way more in sync about who is pushing forward, and when.
