Yes there was, no idea why but goes to show just how despised Starmer is, particularly with working class voters.

All 3 of Coventry’s constituencies are Labour strongholds and have been for as long as my mum has been alive. I’ve not seen polling for Cov seats but suspect Labour would be at risk of losing 1 or 2.

Immigration is the top issue this country faces according to the electorate. Reform is the party most trusted by said electorate so it should surprise no one that they’re leading in the polls.

It’s the same pattern across continental Europe, anti-immigration parties have supplanted centre-left parties as the party of the working class. The left wing parties are increasingly for the metropolitan, urban middle classes.
