If true about Bobby going we more than ever need a new striker to come in. Where’s our goals coming from.

More worrying if both Thomas and Rudoni are leaving as the media is suggesting.

I would take the money and reinvest in other areas of the pitch.

10 m minimum at this stage - look how many goals he scored !!

completely agree and at this late stage. Some on here would give him away when he got us points on his own last season with his late goals and to a rival. 10m or don’t bother

The last couple of season clubs are starting to target players in teams they see as a threat, which we are to Sheff Utd and Saints, therefore, it's only natural they would do this. It's totally up to King and to a point FL if they value him.

Surprised Sheffield united are bidding this much on Thomas who isnt a very good defender

I like Bobby but if it means we can get two in with that money then I'd take it. Charlie Hughes or another right footed centre back needs to be priority before/if we move for Doyle too.

Hopefully it's a case of 'bang bang bang' to quote Iain Dowie. Couple of big sales and it unlocks what Dean's got ready to go, here's hoping.

The fee is fantastic for him. Its simply too much to refuse for someone we were looking to upgrade on anyway.
Why are we looking to upgrade him? He's 23 and has loads of improvement in him still. Dominant in the air, scores goals and has pace. Yes some of his distribution isnt perfect but he's a CB and one of the best we've seen in a long time. Massive mistake to let him go imo.

On the down side, they’re an important player to us, it’s late in the window, it leaves us light in a key position, and it strengthens a playoff rival.

But on the plus side, it’s silly money, which allows us to both replace him and strengthen the squad long-term. Even if we’re temporarily worse off, history has shown that this kind of money makes the team a more likely promotion candidate in the long run.

In conclusion - yes, let’s sell Jack Rudoni for £20 million+

I mean I know money is tight and Thomas might not be everyones cup if tea but I think we should be aiming at least to have a mid table squad left by the end of August

Why are we linked to a new CB then for £10m

Open to thomas moving especially for that money haven't really rated him i find his poor passing so frustrating at times. We need that upgrade replacement if we just get a gap filler at this stage I'd rather keep hold of him. We all know what we want is promotion so I'm open to whatever will get us back there!!
