Should be seen as such an outlandish proposition?! He loved his time here in 22/23, were a club that seems like promotion is more of a ‘when’ statement than an ‘if’ statement…

… If it’s true that we could’ve signed him last season but Robins opted against it*, with a new manager it changes things.

*Personally, I doubt it was a straight choice between Binks and Doyle. That said, it could still be true that we rebuffed him.
