I'm fuming here it's nearly midnight and I just can't get that shit out my head so I can sleep.

Too much passive passing and no killer instinct pretty much story if the season, fingers crossed we actually get at them with some determination Tuesday but I can just see more if the same of tonight to be honest.

But Simms who you constantly slag off should have started yes ?
Chris what are you annoyed about mate , ellis simms hasn't scored or assisted for 13 games , hes been fucking awful .

I dont pick the team pal , frank does .

Ellis wouldnt make my best 11 , but I was happy for him to start and for asante to come on against tired legs , frank didnt see it that way

Don't get the Grimes criticism tonight , he carried and covered for the anonymous Sheaf all night

If anyone is criticising grimes they haven’t got a clue about football. Sniffed out danger, filled in gaps. Put a couple of poor crosses in but other than that was excellent

edit - he was slow with the ball as Sunderland sat 10 behind the ball and there was fuck all options. They did a job on us

Maybe I'm confused. You constantly slag off Simms but then on another breath say that you're happy for him to start and BTA to come on later. Sorry but I just don't get it .

Sheaf so many bad touches and passes. Grimes admittedly slow, but fine with the ball. Asante busy, did a lot of chasing but also struggled to get on the ball.

I honestly wouldn’t give Wright anything higher than 1/10 though. He’s been fucking awful recently and if he’s the type to just switch it on whenever he wants then we should be looking to offload him. Completely lacks both effort and quality.

It’s easy to sit here post match and critique. There were lots of good performances on that pitch, lacking a little creative juices in the final 3rd. I genuinely think we will do the job on the away tie

EMC, Wright, Sakamoto is our best front 3 imo. Wright has been generally wank whether on left or in the middle recently but at least he's capable of scoring unlike Simms.
I think Frank likes EMC too but people have struggled to accept this for a long time. When he's fit he generally starts.

I miss Torp. Sheaf was poor, Torp pulled these apart last time out.
Horses for courses. Torp is much better when we have lots of the ball, Sheaf is much better when are having to defend. When a team is sitting back like Sunderland did tonight, you really don't need to play Grimes and Sheaf.

The 2nd goal is what it is. Players make mistakes but time and time again Bobby Thomas thinking he’s prime Beckenbauer absolutely fucks us. A revers pass across his body wrong foot and then rather than staying up with play decided the best option is to jump stop to try and play Isidor offside.

As bad as the 2nd
