I just can't see us beating Sheff Utd at Wembley after what they did to us this season.

But I am the most pessimistic man in existence.
We’re were well in the home game 11v11 and should’ve won it v10.

At the end of the day it’s a one off game, anything could happen.

Lets just pray that the Blunts are getting all their fortune tonight. They are the best team left in the 4 but they’ve still rode their luck. Horrible bastards though !!

No i agree

They ripped us to shreds at Bramall Lane, and we scraped a point against them at home while they had 10 men for an hour

However. A one off at Wembley is a different matter. But il be honest, if we get there i won't be expecting anything

And I keep saying it, but we set up all wrong at their place. They xanbe beat, and indeed lost the next 3 games after they beat us so theyre not infallable.

Frank would need to at least consider different tactics. Set up to frustrate them and hit on the break.

Don’t think we would though

We're a far, far better team than Bristol City.
Get to the final, let them underestimate us and we'll do them.

Maybe we could play Bassette to wind them up at Wembley (hopefully we make it).

But Norwich, West Brom and several other teams have kicked the habit. So should the Blunts

Doug made a great point on Talksport this week when he said that given parachute payments, we couldn't really finish any higher than we did

We were also missing some big players for that game it's worth remembering. End of the day it's a one off, Sheffield United would be favourites but they aren't PSG and we are a far far more threatening team than Bristol City.
Let's get there first though.

Exactly, the 4 teams to finish above us were by far and away the 4 biggest spenders this season. They all spent more than double what we did.

Exactly this, Binks in at CH, Dovin crocked, Sheaf coming back from injury. Rudi coming back and scoring. Hopefully if we meet them at Wembley we'll be fully fit.

Just 3 down is actually somewhat of an achievement really! I guess the tie isn't totally dead... well it is but there is a slight glimmer. at least Bristol will have to go there fired up

They aren’t that scary.

Good team on paper but they don’t play that way. They’ve lost to some shite teams and we made them look bang average at home at a really tough time for us.

Get the tactics right and they’re beatable.

Campbell is an average player having a purple patch, Brewster is shite and 3/4 of their defenders can’t actually defend.

Let’s get there first and not shit it if we do.

Wright played up front as central striker which didn't really suit him. EMC was poor that night despite some good opportunities to take players on.

Gotta feel for the fans a bit, buzzing to get in the play offs then slapped out of sight after the first leg.
