I actually think Blackburn sneak a win at Bramall Lane personally
But with the way it's going Sheff Utd could end up playing them again in the play-offs, would you really like to go up against a team you have just lost to at home

Collins
MVE Lati Kitching Bidwell
Sheaf Grimes
Sakamoto Rudoni Wright
Simms

Cameo from EMC, Thomas back on the bench

3-1 win and some momentum going into the play offs.

Honestly can't see us winning with Collins in goal, Middlesbrough are going to be throwing everything at the keeper and defence for this one.
Not really their game though and Carrick will still like them to be possession based and patient so can't see it being anything like the last 2 games.

Wilson still needs to play.

Surely he’s made his bed with Collins now, not going to bring Wilson in for the last game of the season.

If the lads are not up for this one they never will be. I just hope we are not treated to one of the players having a costly brain fart in the first or last five minutes.

You can make an argument about confidence, luck and form for a lot of the issues but luton was just a man so scared of making an error he does something that stupid.

Called it on here in a thread quite a few weeks back, that I really didn't want us needing to win last game against Boro who are absolutely due one against us.

Nowhere near the standard to win play-offs based off of recent weeks but I can see us going 1-0 up, then Boro either getting 1-1 or taking it 2-1, Conway will score.

Either way, I see us missing out and although I don't think Millwall will score more than a goal against Burnley (so doubt they will win), I can see Blackburn beating Sheff Utd.

I'm trying to get myself in the mindset to just enjoy it and make the most of us being in the mix, despite being an average side who were miles off it in November but I'm struggling to not be bitter about recent results...

1 point from Derby, Hull, Plymouth and Luton is pretty criminal really.

All surprisingly difficult games given the form table. Hull being the exception and a game we should have won.

It is what it is. Failure to pick up points v Plymouth and Luton was not ideal but Boro was always the must-win the tie of the remaining 3 games.

It would be.

And you have to say, even though it might seem like a good season, the overwhelming feeling will be one of throwing it all away.

Things have gone against us. At Plymouth, their hero of the day should’ve been red carded twice and against Luton, JDS was red carded when he clearly wasn’t the last man stopping a ‘clear’ goal scoring opportunity.

Decisions like that change the outcome of games.

You don't think Dasilva's was a red? There's no way Kitching is getting back, their lad was away. One second after the impact he'd have been one on one with Collins. If that was Wright and it wasn't given we'd be going crazy.

Yeah, definitely a red. Really unfortunate for JDS, because it was an accident, but unfortunately, it was a red card. FL even said so himself

Of course it wouldn’t be given for Wright just offside 😉

Denying goal scoring opportunity is only 1 game.

Not refereeing decisions? We certainly rode our luck when it came to scoring last minute winners and so on but these are things where you ‘make’ your own luck. Refereeing decisions aren’t neatly in that category.

Unless the sport we are watching is basketball, then no it’s not a foul or a red card.

Was the contact sufficient to bring player down? No, you have to slow cameras down for the faintest bit of contact to be seen.

Think a nervy first 5 or 10 minutes, but sensing we'll see another performance similar to the West Brom game, with a comfortable home win.
3-0 Coventry
