These have some quick players and tall so i assume they think Burroughs can be effective against them late on if needed.

Sheaf is understandable, got good minutes in recently but 2 games in a few days would be pushing it. Allen is a nice replacement and Eccles on the bench adds experience and depth in that and RB position.
