are you sure you are trying to buy in blocks 12-13 or are you not even getting that far? If you click on the other blue seats it then says "you dont have the correct privileges"

I've done nowhere near 20 this year to be fair. If it goes back more than a year I did 10 to 15 last year. Similar Brum year.

It goes back at least 4 years - iv got 820 showing in my account, no season ticket this year but did the 3 years before that

Depends on if the stadium was sold to randoms who then become decision makers on things like this.

Why are there empty rows showing in the north stand? The restrictions applicable to B11/12 do not apply there but I guess those restrictions are universal, so a random fan with <200 points cannot buy a ticket in the north stand today but could yesterday.

It's a joke operation managed and staffed by idiots.
