Decent performance, started really aggressively.

Bidwell, McFadz, Sheaf all doing well. Want to see more from Hamer and Gyok second half, neither have been terrible but believe both can offer more.

Allen has been better than usual as the 10.

he runs around like a headless chicken, only thing he has done thats made me actually give him praise was the attempt pass to gyokores
He's made a couple of effective passes, been progressive, been a key part of a press to set the tempo, committed to win the ball back when he did give it away.

Sometimes, I wonder what people want or expect!

Moore's struggling for a bit of form but he'll be fine with a run of games and still think he's the best we've had since Murphy. If he gets his errors out of the way and doesn't cost points so much the better. We're still winning - pusb!

As for ref he's the one that shagged his dog :)

He was poor before that

If we really were offered £5 m we should have grabbed it - I doubt it was that much - he’s nowhere near the level some think. He’s a good championship player for sure but that’s the level he’s at

Yeah, amazed some think he'll end up with a big money PL move.

His top level is very very good, and he can take the midfield by the scruff of the neck, which the rest of our midfield aren't able to do (Sheaf might get there).

It's true he has quite big peaks and troughs, and that holds him back, but you can see why somebody might think if they could hook him up so his a game showed a bit more frequently...

He rarely does it though - after the first half of the first season he’s levels have dropped

Anyone got any stats for Hamer’s passing from the first one and a half games?
Tbf he does play the crossfield passes not the two yards sideways. Not defending how he's played but his stats won't look good as his passes are more offensive.

That was as good an away first half as you could ask for until Moore let them right back into it. Can't believe people are picking individuals out for criticism. That's 2 of our 3 midfield that are supposedly poor today and we've been all over them.

Exactly. He’s still relatively young and has obviously got ability. Needs to cut out needless yellows…which he showed he can do at the end of last season and be a bit more consistent. He always tries to be positive/brave in possession which is what better teams will like. Sometimes maybe tries to do a bit too much but stuff like that can be coached and probably doesn’t happen as much with better players around
