He revealed in an interview recently that he nearly died last year so it's not off the cards.
I suspect the ticket sales for his three-year-long "last ever" tour weren't going so well, so he had to beef them up a bit. Either that or he felt he was dropping out of the limelight. The guy's a fucking drama queen (not intended as homophobic, btw, just a turn of phrase) and is another one who courts the media and cries foul when they publish a photo of him looking shit!

Joan Collins is keeping a low profile these days.
Got a feeling ITV wheeled her out during their debate around Schofield's coming out last week.
Not sure what the relevance of her opinion was ,may have just been secondary to some other promotional piece, she doesn't look like she's going anywhere but you never know I guess.

Seeing as the F1 Season is on the horizon, one that's popped up to me today, Frank Williams. Cant see him lasting much longer

Got to add Tarbuck to the list, especially as he's confirmed he has prostate cancer (and "has vowed to fight it", according to the press).

I have to say i'm getting heartily sick of "celebrities" and other public figures announcing to no-one in particular that they have some disease or other.
Almost as annoying as people announcing what their sexual preference is, as if i gave a shit!

Not a household name, but we've probably all used his inventions.

I was off work yesterday and the missus had some day time nonsense on and Tarbuck was on. Only watched for a minute but for a man of 80 he looked in great shape to be honest.

I don't wish the man ill, Clint. I just don't know why we need to be informed of his ailments.

HA! I agree! Just think he looked in good health for his age so don't expect to be seeing the obituaries on here any time soon.
(Given the accuracy of most of my predictions expect him to pop his clogs in the next few days!)

I'm adding these to my predictions....
Connie Booth, James Brolin, James Caan, Julie Christie, Michael Gambon, David Jason, Al Pacino, Martin Sheen, Patrick Stewart, Raquel Welch, Clint Eastwood, Yoko Ono, Pope Francis, Sean Connery, Willie Nelson, Jack Nicholson, Gary Player, Julie Andrews, William Shatner, Robert Redford, Judi Dench, Michael Caine.
All 80+, so a good chance the man in the black cloak will be knocking on a few of these doors!
