Will be hard to out sing saints as they will be celebrating promotion, but lets get singing banners the lot

I remember in 1989 we played Sheff Wed at Highfield Road, we hammered them 5-0. Sheff Wed fans were shouting McGee Out and had a few banners up, inbetween 'WE WANT 5' we chanted to their delight 'McGEE OUT'. Still haven't got a clue who McGee was.

She made the Sheff Wed team dissappear. Could do with her now, help our team make the other team disappear.


However I did google McGee to see who he was, and did their protest work.

Herbert "Bert" Edward McGee is a former chairman of Sheffield Wednesday Football Club.
He resigned from his position as Chairman soon after the Hillsborough disaster (April 1989) (played City Jan 1989).
This is all I could find out.

I laughed when I saw the interview with Nolan after the Leicester game. When asked if he thought we would do them a favour he basically just said no. The whole world knows we're sh*t. :-(

I couldn't give a toss who goes up and it would be nice to finish the season with a win. Who knows when our next Championship win will be?

I think some sort of protest is needed for this game. If I remember correctly the TV cameras are perfectly placed to be able to see the away fans. When Southampton are attacking our end, should be a good time to get a few banners out. Maybe everyone should wear black? I'm not personally going, but this is the largest platform we'll have for a while. All until Cov are attacking that end, can't see us getting too much airtime then!
