Good start, the deal obviously has been drafted for sometime but good to have the ink drying on the contract.

Bomb squad by December, training by himself at the memorial park - you heard it here first. :)

Glad it's been confirmed. A very promising player. Once he starts to go outside as well as cutting in he will frighten defences.

Good start to the rebuild, looked a very tidy player and will only improve with games and experience.

So still needed on contracts for me.

RB.
CB x2.
LM.
Attacking Mid.
FW x2.

Then if needed pick a few loans up to create competition within the group and hopefully then TM can get them to take the next step into the championship. No excuses for TM, its his squad now.

Cracking stuff. Hopefully this is a sign that we're already making moves so I don't have to keep saying 'I'll be worried if we've got nobody in August'

What about all the worry about the deal agreed in principle and someone stealing in on the deal. People lost sleep over that!
Welcome JJ, top work TM, JC and MV.

JS would not know the lad if he ran up and kicked her in the minge. She has signed off on a budget and TM has persuaded the lad to sign, but well done to those involved.

She signs the cheques. I don't know the people who own the company I work for but I appreciate them putting their hand in their pockets every month in exchange for my services so I can feed my kids.

Great news. Looked good when I've seen him play. Liking the four years contract also. It's about time we had some long term thinking.

My mate reckons we're after Andy Williams from Doncaster......

that sounds like it would be just too good to be true
Honestly, wouldn't be surprised if this one was true. Willaims has done ok but not had a great year at Donny so isn't exactly the hottest property on the market and he's in that bracket of good league 1 player but not really good enough for the next step up so he's a realistic target for us to go out and get, similar to Leon Clarke in that respect.

Mowbray will go for ambitious targets, we saw him do something similar with Vincelot last season nabbing him from a relegated team and I'm sure Mowbray will be going through the players of all the relegated teams with a fine tooth comb to find players who he think could do a job for us.
