Sorry Sweet child o mine was an awful riff and was actually done as a pisstake initially I believe. Estranged by GnR was an amazing guitar riff

If we're talking bass riffs it has to be Michael Dempsey on the associates track club country, he played with The Cure, The Associates and The Lotus Eaters but his work on this track is great.
