SISU would not have to crystallise their loses.
The investors money could be spent on the squad. Giving us the top budget for division 4.
Our long term future would be secure.
If the legal action was dropped we would have the council and Wasps as partners.
SISU would still have ownership, so they could slowly chip away at the debt by taking a percentage of all income.
They just stay well out of the whole thing and leave Hoffman as the manager of their investment.
When you look at his background he is more than up to the job.

It would only work if Joy was prepared to be a silent partner and stay well out of it.

To cost cutting and trying to devalue businesses.
A return to a realisation that the only way to recoup your money is success on the pitch would be very welcome

Why would Hoffman and whoever else is involved put money into the club without getting ownership?

Why would Sisu appoint a CEO they know if actively trying to get rid of them?
