Hi guys as the title says geordie in peace. As a newcastle fan ive been through trouble and strife heart ache and joy ect... but have always known one thing after all said and done we are still better team than that classless 5under1and scum. I will admit to coventry dropping off my radar over the past few years (was gutted to see you go down like that tho )

Ill be honest i found your forum through my own nufc.forum (am i aloud to name it lol) in our mackem slapping thread (yes we only have one ) I can understand them being bitter and jelous with us but what ive read today is bordering moronic. You cant really blame them tho Crap city crap stadium and a team full of old prem hasbeens of course they are gonna be bitter and twisted

Anyway enough rambling will be looking forward to chatting in the future guys

Ive always grown up to think no one hates us as a club, and I was thrilled to see we are actually hated. Strange that its a club way north of us, and not a more local team.

I was going to start liking Sunderland when they appointed Martin O'Neil, as I think any club who have O'Neil as manager deserve to do well (hes an exceptional manager imo).

But seems that they hate us so much, I cant hope that a club like that will do well.

Always liked Newcastle. Always will.

Grew up watching the Likely Lads and Auf Weidersen Pet. Love the accent and the humour. Newcastle teams nearly always try and play good football too.

Used to work for British Coal many years ago and there were loads of Geodie's there and not a bad un amongst them.

nufc207, i would go back on your website and tell them all that suddenly you have a New Coventry branch of the Newcastle United Supporters Club.
i think you sum it up nicely describing them as classless scum, who's every problem is someone else's fault.How on earth they can come up with that we were to blame for them getting relegated, when they hardly won the other 41 games, which i think could be there fault, but i might be knit picking.

I dont mind Newcastle, i used to love them in the Asprilla days! I must admit i could not name many of their players these days as there is no one who stands out but totally agree with the oldies statement about sunderland!!!

For a while under the Keegan era, imsure very neautral fan kept an eye out for Newcastle, Used to Love watching the keegan Team and them winning the League under Keegan would have been a great achievement, anyhow What do you think of Leon Best his goal last week was class, but far too inconsistent.Although with him being an irish international and the Euro's coming up do you think he will knuckledown and show Trappotoni what he can do. Newcastle were an amazing team to watch in the mid 90's/Keegan Era..Im pretty sure I had a few Match Magazine Posters and stickers of Newcastle dotted around my room!
