CCFC Is it a Fire Sale all players must be sold?

Hello to everyone. I have had such difficulty registering.

It is so sad to see our club dying from a thousand cuts!
Last season we lost 11 players, only to replace them with 3 players - 2 goalies and one non playing or scoring striker! This was after narrowly escaping relegation.
Guess what we are now bottom of the league!
Now its January and it looks like the next sale has started. Juke gone and in all probability Clingan, Cranie, Keogh and McPake - the second spine of the team to be sold most likely!
Before Sisu stopped all communication 'relegation was not an option' ha ha!! and that was before January!

It seems to me that their plan is to strip the club of all assets before they walkaway and cut their losses. It worries me that they seem to have transfered all the debts to another company as it smells of what Leeds did a few years ago. I am not a solicitor(there are solicitors who are season ticket holders) but I suspect that this company will be bankrupted, the assets from the fire sale pocketed by Sisu, with the club going into admin and Sisu walking away having minimised their losses as the so called takeover has not materialised. I would welcome a comment from any solicitors on the legality of this? Anyone who thinks Sisu actually care are kidding themselves - the only thing they care about is the balance sheet and their shareholders!

I dont think there has ever been a darker time in our clubs history?
Ah well I think I will go and slit my throat now!!

I doubt McPake will be sold... recent four year contract and always injured = just the sort of player SISU will keep whilst flogging others at the drop of a hat. Other clubs will have a look at all of our first team squad and I would imagine there may be some interest in Keogh, Clingan, Cranie, Christie, Thomas, Bigi and Wood. I would guess that the rest may stay and we will get untested kids in as short term emergency loans to fill the gaps.

To cut a long story short, we will finish well adrift of the team in 21st position and will start to see even lower attendances before the season is out. Most significantly, I will lose every last trace of optimism about footballing matters and come to wholeheartedly accept that we are absolutely and unequivocally fucked.
