I made this one a week or so ago - using the downloads from the official site, but merging the 2 seperate ones together and removing the fixtures list - so it's just the 125-anniversary bage. Not long after I did that (took a fair while lining it up!) I purchased the shirt anyway, so I could have just taken the photo myself!
