That's great, let's hope he doesn't perform another u turn.

Which could cost us a play off place

Every keeper that's been dropped has been the right decision. There's probably an argument that Robins persevered for too long with Moore. Collins is making horrendous errors, I'm not sure persevering is the right way to go.

AsI said on another post, if we do look at a keeper, I think it will be a cheap and short term option. Can't see us using funds to invest heavily in another keeper, though personally I would.

Which is weird given recruiting for the same position is meant to encourage competition and drive up performances but something clearly happened. He had his critics last season, I wasn't one, but his performances nosedived this season.

We've gone through them because they've been dreadful. Moore had to be dropped when he was, same with Wilson this season and now Collins. Schoolboy error after schoolboy error.

Agree.Which is why, even if we do go for a new keeper, it will bea cheap, short term solution.

We conceded a very poor goal against Leeds. We've been all over the place defensively since the Wolves game. The cup runs been great, but I honestly think it's cost us a place in the play offs.

    Bradley collins

Since Robins return not many outfield players leave this club without improving the levels of ability they had before arriving. Every keeper seems to turn to shit.

We've been poor defensively for weeks. Need a new keeper (essential), and Fadz type leader CB with a bit of pace

    MR profile

Maresca has been there for less than a year, and I think that's something that would play into Robins desicion. He's basically unsackable here, why go somewhere where he could be out the door in 6 months? One thing I would be looking at if I was a chairman of one of the many clubs a similar...

Interesting take on the reality of the promised land

Only if it was used correctly. Plenty of clubs have had their noses in the trough and are still financial basket cases reliant on bail outs from rich owners.

Probably having a bit of a brain spasm after Sunday but I've gone from 'no chance of the play offs now' to 'we can still do this'. Big ask, and fatigue is bound to be an issue but we while there's a chance we should go for it
