What's the worst and best away ground you've ever been to and why?

Worst I've been to is Gresty Road, Crewe. Best I've been to is St Mary's in Southampton (although kind of technically a home ground for me as I lived in Totton at the time)

    Fantastic news for Blaze fans.

Haven't been to a Blaze match for a good few years, but I'm looking to take in a game or two over the festive period. Wish I'd been a bit more often over the years really, as I've always found it an entertaining evening every time I have gone.

    Martin Jol

Really not surprised in all honesty. I was expecting this to happen much sooner than it has.

Hull owner says fans can die

Yes, this story is on the BBC website, and he's quoted as saying it to the Independent. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/25174266 Absolutely outrageous.

    Lest we Forget !!!

My great Grandfather was on duty the night of the Big Raid. He was either an Auxiliary Fireman or an ARP Warden, one of the two. My Nan has told me about some of the things he said he'd seen that night. I don't think he'd ever agree that we should forget what happened that night, or indeed what...

    Premier League Relegation

Can see Sunderland getting out of it on current form. I can't believe Palace have any chance of survival, they'd need a miracle to survive surely? Fulham I think are looking a bit lifeless. I'll go for West Ham down as well. Palace, Fulham, West Ham.

    Storms are coming

We live on a really big hill in the Forest of Dean, surrounded by a lot of trees. We're expecting to get gusts of 80mph here over the next couple of days, and to make it even more interesting, I'm in the top room of the house.

theres a game tonight - Orient Match Thread

In the circumstances, the team have done a great job so far this season. I'll freely admit this. When we lost those ten points, I thought there was no way we'd be able to avoid relegation. I certainly didn't expect us to be doing this well. If it's possible to leave the politics to one side...

    Your favourite away games

My first away game. 6-1 Against Walsall in 2004. Brilliant game. Awesome result and we won a bottle of bubbly out of it!

    Darren huckerby

It's a true reminder of what we had once. It seems totally alien to say we had players of that quality once. Great to see Hucks, Whelan and Froggatt in Sky Blue again. They were part of the club when I was growing up. And they still looked class.

    Injured FC

The only other Honduran I know we had on our books was Martinez, but he made even more appearances than Guerrero.

    Injured FC

Ivan Guerrero made some 7 appearances in 2 seasons or something like that.

Let me start a rumor (make that two rumors)

Our record with South Americans isn't especially good is it.....

Let me start a rumor (make that two rumors)

I'm not entirely sure, but Pompey were allowed to sign players on month by month deals during admin weren't they? But then we've got a double whammy. Even if we left admin, we'd still be under an embargo for not submitting the accounts wouldn't we?

    midlands today

As I understand it, when the Premier League was formed, we resigned from the Football League, therefore surely they would have had their share back at that point. As the PL and FL are seperate entities, I wouldn't have thought we'd have needed the FL share to play in the Premier. So therefore...

    modern football

Good news about moving the Cup Final back to the end of the season. It doesn't feel right having the Cup Final before the end of the league season. Hope they see some sense on that one. I hope they do move the semi's away from Wembley also. Wembley should only be for the Final. It never felt...

What was your first ever City game?

I can remember the look on everyone's face as they turned around to look at me. My dad went a shade of red I've never seen anyone go before or since.:o

What was your first ever City game?

Coventry vs Saints in 1994. Coventry scored. I cheered. Southampton scored. I cheered.....I was only 4.
