There are often cliques and the boys see constant culls of their friends as there is a revolving door in the younger age groups at big clubs
He came back a year or so later at Dagenham & Redbridge where a few of his friends were playing
They didn't have a training ground so the youth teams played in parks and local schools

Thing is he's right, Issac Vassell is the most recent proof of that having been released by Plymouth and doing 2/3 seasons in non league with Truro before Luton took a punt on him and gave him a second chance and a platform to showcase his talent. Now signed for Birmingham City.

I think its more a message to some of his former team mates than younger kids. Quite a few of those younger players released in the summer still yet to find a club, perhaps they are holding on for other league clubs to come in for them when in truth JJ is right. i.e Jack Finch Ivor Lawton

To be honest I thought it was fairly evident that the quote that was pasted in the tweet was an endorsement of someone else's comments
