Wimbledon take 2,000 to away games and a Dons mate of mine who I'm driving up with from London reckons there could be more...he also said they sing throughout the game no matter how it's going. Sounds like the kind of support City fans should be providing!!!
Bastards ! Haven't they heard of NOPM that'll be over £50k in shitty sisu coffers.

If we lose tomorrow and the team still look clueless as to their defined roles, TM has to be under immense pressure.

On paper (I know it means nothing in reality) our squad is comfortably top 10. I don't understand why we aren't playing the same system as last year or even changing to accommodate two strikers (based on our squad). Not changing it to a formation nobodies ever seen, never mind played before, and forcing players to play out of position to accomdate it.

2-1, Bigi and Sordell. 6,500 home fans.

Wimbledon fan here. We will probably bring between 4-500 tomorrow. maybe more because we have just been told(literally today) we can return to Merton. We have permission now to knock down the dog track and build a new stadium. <snip>

Now that there is a new Wimbledon club, isn't it time for MK Dons to change their name to just 'Milton Keynes FC'?

Only looked at the table this morning and don't know if you can have a must win game in September but if we don't get 3 points tonight thins are going to look pretty grim especially as can't see us getting anything on Saturday at Vale

Why do people say "it's a must win game." I thought every game we play is a "must win"! Bugger playing out for draws or defeats!
Anyway, I reckon 2-1 to City.

Sorry to hear about your clubs plight , we have always been supportive and help up banners saying SISU out at a game last season (I think)

Saw that news today, absolute result for your club and fans. I always thought Merton council didn't want anything to do with your club since blocking most other attempts to return but glad to see they havent this time.

I will settle for a scrappy 1-0 tonight just to kick start the season. Trouble is I suspect confidence is rock bottom and speculation re TM unsettling. Even with a win we remain bottom but a loss means we are already adrift.
Time for the fans to play their part, time for TM to do a 'into the breach...' type speech and time for the young players to step up and show they are men and no longer boys.
Come on city...give us something to cheer

See the thing is I think on paper that team there is play off standard.

Just with this clown in charge we can't get anywhere near that

I think I politely disagree on the team front, but definitely support your comments about the manager.

Last season we had the team for promotion, he and a few players that weren't trying hard enough (and shouldn't have been picked by Mowbray anyway) were to blame for a catastrophic implosion which could have lost him his job. The only reason he didn't was because he had a two year plan, but instead of building on what he had, he shipped out the best players (or lost them) and didn't replace them quality or quantity wise.

Of the new bunch I can't say I have been impressed.

Page - fashion model
Turnbull - average
Jones - overrated, lightweight, loads of skill but reminds me of Ryan Kent product wise
Reid - Scored last week, but end product has been very suspect
Bigi - Doing really well at the moment, but one of the worst players last season, and is now one of the best (although credit to him for his improvement, that is noted of course) It shows the benchmark I think
Strikers in general - yet to impress

I didn't feel alright in the transfer window but was told to pipe down. It's now almost October and I'm still not convinced this squad is even top half at the moment. 10 games tonight and cut adrift at the bottom of League 1. No wins. The manager takes a lot of the blame, but I don't think the players are good enough either.

Just want to see us pick up all the points tonight. Don't care if its a dire 90 minutes with the ball rebounding of someone's backside in the dying second.

I want to see a scuffle on the pitch, bit of passion and fight
I would prefer them to concentrate on the game of football. I dont get all this passion business, run hard, work hard, run smart and work smart, take responsibility on and off the ball, dont hide from receiving a pass. That's what will win football games.

We've not seen that for a long time. If ever we needed that elusive leader it's tonight.
It may be TMs down fall not being able to sign one in his time.... So far.

Not saying just have a fight, just give a shit. Little bit of a scuffle gets the fans going as well.

We saw lameries win us a football match getting stuck in against millwall.
