It's PWKH they're scared of clearly;). First they claim he's MMM in some paranoid delusion and now when he goes on CWR for the first time in ages, SISU go back to the courts faster than you can say Sixfields. :)

funny they aint trying to get the courts to force acl/ccc hand over those alleged minutes from that alleged meeting where they allegedly reneged on an alleged deal over the ACL mortgage etc.

You might think that, I couldn't possibly comment - or whatever the line is.

So why did you go then?
But refuse to go to the cesspit thats not ours ether.

Oh and it was ours for a while until we asked a charity to help us out and then fucked them.

It's never been "our" stadium, it's theirs.

Because it was in Coventry. The "cesspit" isn't. Not that difficult to work out, is it?

If you want me to make a choice between ACL and sisu then 100% ACL.

Under a different owner of CCFC I would want CCFC to own the Stadium complete with lease and freehold.
Now that will have CONFUSED you.:blue:

My choice would be ccfc to be honest, strange to hear somebody classing acl as we though.

Is a rented house never a home then?

Is a rented business never a someone's work premises?

Was Highfield Road 'ours' after we sold it to builders?

So acl.are classed as we? Very strange.

We the people of Coventry.

That is as opposed to we the hedge fund of mayfair.

Before the council haters get too carried away by the prospect of SISU getting their judicial review, it is perhaps worth considering what such a "victory" would mean.

It would allow SISU to have the reasons for the loan reviewed and for them to present a case as to why the decision to facilitate the refunding of the mortgage was illegal. For SISU to get their case together and for a date to be set for the review could easily take another 12 months and with this hanging over both parties, it is doubtful if any return to the Ricoh would be possible.

Even if the review did decide that the council's action was illegal, it does not follow that SISU suffered an injury as a result.

So, success for SISU at the appeal would probably mean no CCFC at the Ricoh until at least 2015 and no guarantee of SISU getting anything except large legal bills.

Still, it's cheaper than building a new stadium.

Is it SISU leading the Lawyers or the Lawyers cashing in on the deep pockets of Joy, obviously likes wasting money on the Legal parasites. All too personal now, even if she was successful (no chance) it would waste a further 18 months, then what, even if the debt was further restructured, the Council own 50% of ACL, have the power to extend the lease and own the freehold, pathetic tactics

ACL is 50% owned by the council. I certainly count the council as closer to we than some unknown hedge fund.

Don't you ?

Not really, I don't see either as we. I just see the club and fans as we. I think people are only saying that as it is against sisu. I don't see many counting the council as we when it comes to mp dodgy expenses and other council outrages.

The club will NEVER own the stadium, so answer the question. Would you prefer SISU or CCC to own the stadium in YOUR City ?

If you are a coventry tax payer it is ours.

Ahh one of those. Had much of a payment or rebate from the profits? Can you come and go as you please? The tax payer owns that as and has much ownership as they do the san siri.

On the technicality it was tax payers money, do they own it or have any say?

If it makes a profit it feeds into council income.
It has as much assess as the swimming baths or any other public facility. It's something that Coventry people can be proud of.
They certainly have a vote so indirectly they have a say.

I don't think it would be appropriate in this thread for the main one to be honest but without naming things there was one all over national news recently with the council under the spotlight.

Whoever gave the club the best deal to be honest. It could be owned by the chuckle brothers if they gave us the best deal.

And if Sisu win the case?
