What plans are there for the away end? I wanted to go to the club shop the other day after the game and would have had to of walked all the way round due to the fence, so decided not to. Seems counterproductive having a new club shop that is not easily accessible from the busiest stand after the match.

The addition of the outside bars is great, but it's now difficult to get round from Tesco round to the casino side of the ground due to the size of the queues and people using the bars.
A lot of people try and walk on the grass slope which in an accident waiting to happen, especially in the wet weather.

Could someone look at a way of managing the foot traffic better?

Any thoughts how?

I thinknone thing that would help would be to stop the queues coming right back to the edge of the grass verge which would require some sort of temporary barrier.
I appreciate that's going to be costly if it needs putting in place pre game and removing before the game ends as it would present its own issues if it was still in situ after the game.

Why is it not possible to upgrade a junior season ticket to an adult ticket for individual games?

With a lot of fixtures moved to midweek it makes it almost impossible to bring a 6 year old and it would be great if an adult could use their seat instead.

Agree with this, turnstile queuing is such a mess. Really unclear where they start and finish!

Ultimately they need more turnstiles.

However, one option might be to move the bars into the corner of the car park near the memorial garden, you’d probably lose a few parking spots but would free up some space.

Or happy hour deals on beer to get people in earlier :)

Can we please get clarification on someone using someone else’s ST. So long as it is the correct category ticket, is that ok?

pretty sure it’s fine, just unable to upgrade juniors to adults (or even seniors) which is annoying as I’m sure they used to. Tried to upgrade my 5 year olds for a senior ticket the other week (midweek) and the woman in the ticket office said ‘we don’t do that. Never have’. Pretty sure I did it twice last season..

Club Coventry. Pay a fortune for it, no concessions, and you get a cup of tea at half time. Be good to get a cup before and after the game too. Especially after. Everything’s there, they just remove the milk. Mean sods.

I know one group who all clear off after because their driver doesn’t want fizzy drinks, so they go back to there local. If their driver got a cuppa, they would stay and spend more at the bar.

It was said to be and I have done it before and have been fine. But I have seen some people refused entry for it so want to make sure, hence asking for clarification.

It is pretty shambolic. Im not sure if there is room for barriers to be installed to make it a bit more organised, but would cut down the amount of tossers simply leaving the anecdote and sneaking in

I was going to raise this too. I think it should apply to all concessionary seats. It’s correct that people should pay the correct price, that adults don’t get in on a child’s ticket for example. I tried to upgrade my mates OAP ticket to an adult for the Swansea game. As we had already paid about £17 for this game for his ST seat. I thought we would have to pay maybe an extra £10 allowing for admin costs. I ended up paying the full £24. If the policy isn’t changed I would just hand over the ticket to the adult and take our chances not being stopped. It is simply an unfair policy.

The turnstile queues by block 16 are really starting to annoy me. We know how many season tickets are sold and how many have been purchased on a one off basis so why is it so badly organized. You have people patiently queuing because that’s what you have to do only for people to come and blatantly push in. You have away fans having to push themselves through gaps in the queue to get to their entrance. What plans are there to make this safer and fairer?

I’d love to know more about Dr Claire-Marie Roberts, the new Performance Director will be doing and what different she’s expected to make. It seems ax really positive developed to have such an experienced professional in this role at our club

As mentioned, we need answers about the away end, safe standing and logistics. Why is it taking so long to sort safe standing? Why haven't fans in the corner been consulted yet?

I'd also like them to be pushed further about transport at games. I know it was asked before but the situation is becoming much worse with these 25k+ crowds.

A lot of that is due to the queue to get in the ground too.

On the transport, Boddy basically said he wished there were no trains at all to the arena on matchdays. When does the new guy start? And I wonder if he would approach it differently and see if they can be more regular/more carriages.

They'll never sort the trains as it's too costly and not the responsibility of CCFC or even Frasers unfortunately.

We have one of the strictest security set ups I've seen.

Why don't they check bags further away from the turnstiles like other clubs?

And what a waste of money erecting all them barriers on the Tesco side of the station.

Ask Doug to put on free coach travel for the Wednesday cup game. Try and get as big a following as possible - if he wants a cup run more fans there will only help

With the turnstile situation, in addition to reviewing security check, aren't the club better off just saying use any turnstile for your ticket?

You can access any area of the home end once you're in the concourse so shouldn't matter which turnstile is used

You can enter through any turnstile.
