Personally feel we need another CM.

I was going to ask why because in Midfield we have Hamer, Sheaf and Kelly that could hold but Hamer pushes on and Kelly is injury prone.

maybe we need a player in mould of Declan rice. Sits between back line and midfield, mops up and gives it to the attack minded players.

What are you going on about?

Sheaf, Eccles, Kelly all do that role. It's the area we least need replacements for.

I literally just said the same. I was rssponding to a comment above where the poster said “I’d like another CM”

I was challenging it.
I wish people would fucking read properly

Why so aggressive? And you actually said we needed someone to do a role for which we already have three players.

you said we need someone in the Declan Rice mould but we have plenty of players who do a similar job.

Not aggressive and no I didn’t. It’s frustrating when people don’t read the contezt

Scroll up. I said within a comment:

We’ve got plenty of options for midfield especially when Palmer and COH are fit too.
Someone replied with “we need another CM” and then I was asking why? I tried looking at that angle suggesting as Kelly and sheaf both suffer injuries then another CM could be useful but I said before that we have enough options defensively and offensively in midfield when everyone’s fit.

Whilst they can play there, we need a specialist RWB. Sakamoto was described as a creative attacking midfielder, suspect he's been bought to playing in the attacking midfielder slot (part of me wonders if we might get players who can maybe be deployed as wingers too). Assume Latibeaudiere may be one with him playing that position last year.
Can he do what Allan does? I am concerned that we have not heard anything positive about Allen

Need a new signing.

Assume this is what it's like to be a heroin addict and get bit of methadone once in a while

I'm not sure why people are talking about Sakamoto at RWB, Robins has has talked him up as a creative attacking midfielder, I can see him playing in the 2 behind Simms in the box.

Absolute minimum is 3x CBs, 1x RWB, 1x ST. But we do need more than that.

See they're looking at shifting Kipre. Hope we've considered him.
He was one player who kept Gyokeres fairly quiet without trying to yank the shirt off his back, would definitely be happy with him.
West Brom have real finance issues, who else do they have we could pinch on the cheap ?

Isn't that the position that he played the majority of his games with Ostende and in Japan? I guess we just have to wait and see but it wouldn't be a great surprise for him to continue to play in his normal position.

As it stands were desperate short of CBs.

I think Leicester will be something like:

Wilson
CB Fadz CB
Sakamoto Hamer Sheaf Dasilva
Palmer/Allen
Simms ST

Maybe a loan AM, maybe a loan CB and ST.

Squad is very thin though so we need much more than that.
I can’t see Allen starting the first game of the campaign if he’s been totally absent from pre-season. Who even knows if Palmer is match fit yet as well.
