Not how I read their statement. I may be the one who has it wrong but I read Frasers statement to read that the initial offer was a continuation of the original license. This was declined sighting changes wanted. Then a short term license was offered to see out the season while a completely new long term license was negotiated reflecting the changes wanted by the club.

They’ve made two offers is how I read it.

Firstly (the original offer) a continuation of the original license. So 7ish years.

Secondly a short term offer until the end of the season as the original offer was rejected.

If they’d have signed the continuation no short term license until the end of the season would have ever been offered.

Not saying the Fraser statement is 100% true/factual, there’s always 2 sides to every story and all that but SISU has history of acting in contrast to the clubs best interests.
the original offer was same cash terms but to end of season

I am trying to stay out of this but it appears from what I see there are claims and counter claims of what has been offered

Its claimed by the Fraser Group as part of the pre-purchase arrangement they mirrored the lease the club originally had but the club did not sign it. It doesn't matter if the FG did not own at the time its a pre purchase arrangement. They did not sign as they wanted extra arrangements and rights.

So as it was not signed FG issue a short term lease for the remainder of the season at existing terms.

It would seem likely that Sisu would not sign a pre agreement as they decided they wanted to block the sale with the King £25 m offer.

Who even signs it? Who owns CCFC now? Where is King?

There is a problem here. The sharks have entered the ocean and they mean business. Sappala is someone who does not take being told what to do and being backed into a corner very well. That is what she now is being faced with.

Frankly she cannot play the victim as she always wanted to be in the position Ashley is but never had the resources, courage or means to do it - now she has investors with returns looking less and less likely to be achieved. No ground and only players as assets to yield returns.

It was always coming. No ground, no plan and outwitted at every turn. The club and the fans will pay the price - we always do but her catastrophic tenure has to end - it just has to

I’m just sick of it all. Our club being constantly used by all parties and us fans left to look like a laughing stock.

At work and everyone is “Seen Ashley’s kicking you out” “where you playing next the park” “you’re even more tinpot than small heath”

There’s nothing you can say to defend it. Everyone involved and has been involved over the many years this whole sorry saga has took place should just fuck off.
All I wanna do is support a team that on the pitch has been awesome these past few years and despite results been up and down the players show commitment and fight that I’ve waited many years to see. You can tell they love our support as much as we love them but all this could go down the pan cos of dickheads off the pitch.

Just another embarrassing day to support the club

Don't you just joke about it back? Surely people / mates taking the piss is the last thing to bother you?

Frasers don’t need to do fuck all. That’s the barrel we’re over
You think???!!!!

Wow ok. They’ve purchased a great big stadium complex and lost both the rugby and football teams playing there, add to that the public bad will and the bad press.

They certainly do need to sit down and sort it out

Just shake your head and treat them with the contempt they deserve and mutter tossers under your breath.

Of course it is I’m more bothered about not having a club a support! However I’m making the point that it’s fucking embarrassing.
Why should we have to joke back about having nowhere to play. Name me another club in the country that doesn’t know where they are playing there games after the World Cup? It’s a farce.

To be fair, if I was as rich as Mike Ashley I wouldn't give 2 shits. I doubt he does.

Again though, how much of it is him now and how much his son in law?

But why would we sign a contract with a company that didnt own the stadium? And why would company then take away contract offer once they owned stadium
Why would we though. If they had signed then this shit would not have happened. If Fraser group hadnt got ownership the signed agreement would have been null and void. Deffo Sissu being either stupid, devious or just plain in effiicient.

That’s basically it isn’t it. Just stop making the club work with such a handicap

it’s not the people joking that I have the issue with it’s the club been a joke and the fact I would just like us to be a normal football club without all this shit going on.

You also have to wonder why Frasers would withdraw that offer? The clubs statement says they would be fine with that so clearly, as usual, all isn't as it seems.

Think we all knew there were going to be some fairly high level chess games going on around this, and again we're trying to guess both the logic of each event, and what the next move will be. All the time we are hoping the effect on the football team will be minimal. Short term (particularly January, possibly even MR) I fear will be painful, but longer term we needed things to shift, Hopefully the fans will put up with the short term, frustrating though that may be.
